A round up of the year.Start Promptly at 7:30 pm

This is where we review the club’s performance for the year and elect / re-elect the Committee members and agree the structure for next year. All existing Committee members should attend to vote on Club issues.

July – Aug

During July and August many members take their annual holidays. There is no preplanned program during this time but we still meet and have our 'summer program this is where we get out and about as much as possible, weather permitting.

All ideas for locations are welcomed but be warned, these trips have been known to end in a pub!

Sept 7th New 2012/2013 season begins.

This club is committed to its members and without you then this programme would not be possible so please send suggestions to the Chairman Or Secretary as to what you all would like to do and we will incorporate them in to the programme.
